No Long term Contracts
We Don't Need A Contract To Keep Our Customers
Our system is so good, you will never go back to anything else.
At TicketSpice you will never be locked into a long term deal.
While most companies are going to want to lash you down with binding agreements, we don’t require long term contracts because:
It keeps us focused on being number one. If you have a bunch of clients on auto pilot, you can take your eye off the ball. We are on a relentless pursuit to be the best. We want our customers to have the freedom to hold us accountable to that goal with their wallet.
It’s not good for our customers. We are growing rapidly, and we believe it’s largely in part of our excellent customer service record. There are a lot of solutions on the market and if there something better suited for you, in all honesty go use it. We don’t want you bound to something which doesn’t make sense for your operations.
It harbors ill will. We talk with clients all the time upset about the contract they are in with another online ticket provider. If only said company could hear what their clients are saying about them! Those clients will never work with Company X again, and they are mad that they’re locked into a deal that is too expensive or not working well.
The market is changing too quickly. We’re passionate about being ahead of the technology curve, and not having contracts forces us to be. If you signed a two year with a company 12 months ago, they may have had a killer product them, but if they didn’t improve on it, you’re stuck with something outdated now. We make improvements to Webconnex almost daily to stay on top.
So… if you’re shopping for a solution, don’t let anyone lock you into a long term deal.
