Ideal for: Events processing less than 400 tickets per hour
Deluxe iPod Touch Scanner
These scanners are arguably the best scanners on the market today! They consist of an external barcode scanner that attaches to a 4th generation iPod touch. The scans are lightning quick, with amazing battery life. They are light and extremely easy to use. *This is the same unit Apple uses in the Apple Stores.
Equipment Cost: $500 (*you'll need a 4th generation iPod Touch as well)
Ideal For: Large events that need to process a lot of tickets in a short amount of time.
Rental: Rentals are available for $25 per day, plus shipping. Please call to reserve as there is a limited supply. (*Some larger events are eligible for free scanner use. Call for details)
USB Scanner
You can also use almost any USB scanner on the market as well. Just plug it into any computer, and scan away. *You'll need a to access a special website which we will provide to you upon request.
Equipment Cost: Approx $150 for standard USB scanner (plus you'll need a computer)
Ideal For: Any size event where you will have access to a computer at the entry area
Will Call Set-up
Doing a standard will-call list is a simple and efficient. With TicketSpice, it's easy to download your ticket list and create a will-call or check-in list.

Ideal For: Smaller events, or events where you need to give attendees a name badge, or other information when they arrive.
