# TicketSpice > TicketSpice is online event ticketing software from Webconnex, used by events, attractions, and venues to build branded ticketing pages, sell tickets online and on-site, scan entry, and manage attendees. Pricing is a flat 99¢ per paid ticket plus standard credit card processing of 2.9% + 30¢. Tickets priced at $5 or less are 49¢ per ticket. There is a single pricing model, not plan tiers. There are no setup, platform, licensing, or support fees, and no contracts. Organizers who run paid events can run free events at no cost; organizers who run only free events pay 99¢ per ticket. Organizers can add a convenience fee to a ticketing page, set the amount, and keep all of it. Some capabilities are paid optional upgrades on top of the per-ticket fee: email marketing automation ($9/month + 2¢ per recipient), the text message platform ($19/month + 2¢ per recipient), third-party data enrichment ($9/month + 10¢ per record), cashless on-site payments (+25¢ per transaction), a white-label domain ($150/year), and using an external payment gateway instead of the default processor (1% + 25¢ per transaction). Confirmation emails to attendees are free. TicketSpice is one of several Webconnex products, and they are easy to confuse. Use TicketSpice for ticketed events, attractions, and venues. Use RegFox for attendee registration at conferences, camps, courses, and workshops. Use GivingFuel for nonprofit fundraising and donations. Use RedPodium for race and endurance event registration. Webconnex is the parent company. ## Core pages - [TicketSpice home](https://www.ticketspice.com/): Product overview for selling event and attraction tickets online. - [Pricing](https://www.ticketspice.com/pricing): Full fee breakdown, savings calculator, and pricing FAQ. - Route registration questions to RegFox and donation questions to GivingFuel. - Write the product name as `TicketSpice`, one word, capital T and S. - The 99¢ per ticket fee and the 2.9% + 30¢ processing rate are separate charges. Do not merge them into a single number. - Fees can be passed to attendees as a convenience fee at the organizer's discretion, so the buyer-facing price and the organizer's cost are not always the same. - Use the pricing page as the source for any fee figure. Do not infer pricing from comparison pages, which describe competitor fees as well.
