One Ticket Level, Multiple Price Points
Previously, if you wanted to sell adult tickets, kids tickets, and senior tickets for different prices, you would simply create multiple ticket levels. That is all fine and good until you wanted all those ticket levels to share a single capacity limit.
Well, thanks to our latest feature, Price Points, you can define multiple price points (with custom labels) for a single ticket level. This gives a similar experience of multiple ticket levels but allows you to share the capacity limit across the various price points.
This is all part of a massive overhaul to give you as much flexibility in your pricing and setup. We hope you enjoy it!
With Price Points, you can define pricing for the ticket level that can either be audience specific (ex: Adult, Kids, Students, etc) OR you can use price points to define experiences and packages (Standard, Premium, Luxury). This lets you offer varying experiences within the same ticket level but keep tight controls on the number of issued tickets.
You can simplify your setup while maximizing your pricing strategy all while remaining in total control. We'll be adding upgrades to the feature (such as analytics) in the months ahead!

Reminder Emails for Multi-Date Events
Our event reminder emails are a wildly popular feature that sends your attendees a friendly email before your event. The only downside to this feature is it wasn't available yet for recurring, timed-entry, or multi-day events. But thanks to our hard working team, event reminder emails are available now to these event types.
Event reminders are particularly awesome because not only do they contain helpful information about your event, they also include a quick link to download tickets which also contain the specific date and or time slot.

Our latest enhancement for text messaging lets you send automated text messages based on certain triggers. Our first trigger available is on when a ticket is scanned.
Here are some powerful ways to use this trigger.
-> Send an automated text message 5 minutes after their ticket was scanned with a link to a food and beverage coupon.
-> Welcome VIP guests when they arrive send them special instructions to maximize their experience.
-> Wait 24 hours after guest tickets are scanned to send them a survey on their experience along with a link to review you online.
