2:  Sell On-Site Tickets from Your Phone 💸

By popular demand, the TicketSpice Box Office app now works on your iPhone and is compatible with our lightning port MagTek swipers. This makes selling on-site more mobile friendly without having to steal time away from your kids watching Bluey on an iPad.

3: Sell + Redeem Tickets at Once in the Box Office App ✅

When selling tickets on-site using the TicketSpice Box Office App, we now offer a way to instantly mark the tickets you just sold as scanned and redeemed. This helps save your on-site guests the extra time to scan their tickets in another line.

No matter if your tickets are pre-sold or sold on-site, you’ll get people through the gates in record time.

4: Performance Updates to the TicketSpice Scanning App 🚀

While patience is a virtue, you asked for more control with syncing ticket data across devices. Our idle sync time between devices (when you are not actively scanning) has been reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.

Additionally, you can demand a sync of scan data whenever you want, simply pull down on the interface to fetch any new data.

Last, we will show the recent date, time, and device for when your data was last syncd.
