📅 Multi-Day / Multi-Timeslots Setup 

One of our most requested features is finally here: you can now sell tickets for multiple days and multiple timeslots on one reservation. This is made possible by our date and timeslot settings which now are available at each ticket level. Check out this video on how it works.

This update gives your ticket purchasers cart-like functionality to mix and match days, times, and even events.

Here are some of the most popular ways to use this feature.

  1. Offer different timed entry experiences on the same calendar day or sell tickets across different times and/or days. This is great for on-site attractions and activities that must be experienced on the day of entry.​​​​​
  2. You can also sell tickets across different items and or days. Ideal for organizing multiple events, guided tours, and various event experiences.

📲Dynamic text is now live in your account!

This latest enhancement for text messaging allows you to send automated text messages based on certain triggers. Our first trigger available is on when a ticket is scanned. Check out this video.

You can use this powerful feature to send customized and automated messages to your attendees once their ticket is scanned.

You can trigger the texts to send out minutes or days after a ticket has been scanned. Send coupons to be used on site, or give special onsite instructions for VIP guests, or even send survey’s and request for a Yelp review after a visitor has attended your event. 

With dynamic texts, you can send the right message, to the right people, at the right time.

Reserved Seating Updates!

1.🍽️🪑“Entire Table” Reservations

Hosting a fundraiser, gala, or any other type of event with table seating? This updates for you! 

Previously, if an attendee wanted to reserve an entire table, each seat had to individually be reserved. But now your attendees have the option to select tables as either “Single Seat” or “Entire Table.” 

This will not only streamline the ticket purchasing experience for your attendees but you’ll also enjoy managing more flexible and simplified seating arrangements.

2. 📸 Add Images and Text

We've added the ability to add images and text headings to your reserved seating venue so you can have more visual control of the seating layout. Advanced venues require advanced visuals and this update helps you do just that.

Whether you want to add icons and symbols to mark unique features of the venue or perhaps you want to drop in sponsor logos, you have total control.

For some outdoor venues and race tracks, you might want to show the attractions or course visually. Now you have the ability to overlay your seating chart on top of a picture of your venue or course map. Basically, the possibilities are endless.

We can hardly contain our excitement for this update! Our new Dynamic Email feature is currently in the works! 

Yep, this is exactly what you’re thinking. Within the TicketSpice Email Center you will soon be able to send automated and customized emails based on a ticket day or time slot after a ticket purchase has been submitted.

For example, if you want a custom email sent just to VIP ticket holders with special instructions, you'll be able to do that and much more.

But that’s not all… You’ll also be able to send these dynamic emails based on a set time after your event, or after a ticket has been scanned similar to our Dynamic Text feature! Stay tuned because this feature is about to change your event management game!
