Winback Emails — Never Miss a Ticket Sale Again!

Winback emails compete for the title of our most requested feature this year. But when TicketSpice helps convert ticket page visitors to buyers at a 22% rate—far surpassing the standard shopping cart 3% conversion rate, there hasn’t been much of a need for it.
But because we’re all about making sure you never miss a ticket sale, the time has finally come to launch Winback Emails. 🎉
Unlike traditional online ticketing with endless pages, account creation, and other unnecessary backflips and hurdles, TicketSpice keeps it simple—no accounts, just one-page checkout, with most tickets being purchased in under 60 seconds.
However, ticket abandonment can still happen. Perhaps someone got distracted, changed their mind, encountered uncertainty, or perhaps had their card declined. Winback emails allow you to automatically send those buyers an email and lure them back to complete their ticket order.
Here's how it works: When more than 20 minutes has passed since a ticket buyer has initiated checkout, TicketSpice will mark them abandoned and make them eligible for customized winback emails to lure them back.
