2. Text Message Event Reminders!
Last year we launched Reminder Text Messages! The ability to set reminders and notifications to go out before or after your event, tailored to your attendees’ event date, ticket type, or time slot. You can use this feature for pre-event texts to drive revenue with last-minute offers like upgrades, add-ons, or merchandise, and keep the momentum going after your event with thank-yous, surveys, or exclusive discounts. 3. Reminder Emails for Multi-Date Events
Our event reminder emails are a fan favorite, sending attendees friendly reminders before your event. Before, they weren’t available for recurring, timed-entry, or multi-day events—but thanks to the hard work of the TicketSpice team, they now are! 🎉 These reminders not only share helpful event info but also include a quick link to download tickets with the specific date and time slot. 4. Optimize Your Pricing Strategy with Flexible Price Points
Selling tickets with different prices for adults, kids, and seniors used to require separate ticket levels, making it a little tricky to manage a shared capacity limit. Now, with our Price Points feature, you can set multiple price points with custom labels under a single ticket level, all sharing the same capacity.
Whether you’re defining audience-specific pricing (Adult, Kids, Seniors) or offering experiences and packages (Standard, Premium, Luxury), Price Points let you simplify your setup while staying in control. 5. Sell Tickets for Multiple Days & Time Slots in One Easy Purchase
Last year we delivered our most requested feature: you can now sell tickets for multiple days and timeslots in one reservation! With date and time slot settings available at each ticket level, your attendees can mix and match days, times, and even events in a single purchase.
Use this for timed entry experiences, multi-day events, or a variety of activities and guided tours. Plus, explore the new "Date Selection Rules" and "Time slot Rules" to create more dynamic event pages. Watch the demo to see how this can enhance your event!
6. Obtain Digital Waivers Straight from the Box Office App
The integrated Box Office Waivers feature, now brings you faster, smoother on-site sales and maximum venue protection—all within TicketSpice! 🔥
Attendees can sign waivers directly on the Box Office device or scan a QR code to sign on their own device, making the process seamless. Waiver fields from your ticketing page, like Driver’s License, Selfie, and Custom Questions, are now supported in Box Office. When using the box office app, a Waiver button will now appear if waivers are added to your ticketing page.
With ultimate flexibility, you can choose how to check-in customers, reducing lines and simplifying compliance.
7. Dynamic Emails—your new way to streamline event communication!
Enjoy a brand new way of sending targeted communication to select ticket holders with Dynamic Emails. Whether it’s providing VIPs with parking and lanyard instructions or hyping your event with post-purchase offers, Dynamic Emails deliver the perfect message to the right audience exactly when they need it. More Power, Fewer Bugs: Additional Enhancements & Fixes
🪑 Reserved seating received some attention last year with two bold enhancements that will help you take your ticketing to the next level.
- Enhance your seating charts with images, text, icons, or sponsor logos to create a polished and visually engaging layout—perfect for marking unique venue features or overlaying maps for added clarity.
- Attendees can now reserve "Single Seats" or "Entire Tables," making ticket purchases easier while giving you greater flexibility in managing seating.
🚀 We leveled up our GA4 integration! It is now easier to set up, with more enhancements to come, like the ability to send the juicy event details like ticket levels, time blocks, and t-shirt picks.
✨ Behind the scenes with some amazing nerd magic, we revamped our text messaging tool to handle bigger text campaigns—because who doesn’t love sending epic texts at light speed?
📲 Text Messaging got smarter! Last year our team enabled the ability to filter Text Message Campaigns by specific dates or events for multi-date and recurring pages.
🥸 Postmaster's backstage now! That's nerd talk for, we’ve completely overhauled how we send emails to keep up with the millions of emails events like you are sending. Emails are sending smoothly, quickly, and our email delivery has never been better!
🔥 Our iOS Ticket Scanning app now lets you scan a QR code from the Control Panel to auto-fill app keys—no typing needed. Works with up to 5 app keys for faster setups and happier attendees.
🎯 User Permissions got dialed in! Now, users managing specific pages see only their customers in the Contacts Tab—streamlined, secure, and just right!
