So, how are automatic and targeted emails useful?

Well, many of our events offer numerous ticket levels and experiences. Some of these experiences need to include unique instructions or information just for those ticket holders (but not others). This can create a whole chore of messaging those ticket holders manually. But with Dynamic Emails, you can automate this communication to be sent out shortly after purchase which will only go to the appropriate attendees. 

For a real world example, let's say you are offering a VIP experience with a meet and greet and those ticket holders need to be guided to obtain their lanyard and be given instructions on where to park. This is not the kind of thing you want to include in emails confirmations sent to all attendees. So, with Dynamic Emails, you can automate this communication to send it immediately after purchase only to the specified attendees. 

Dynamic Emails are also useful for hyping up your event after purchase or sending followup offers. Think like when you book an airplane ticket and then you get an offer for a rental car a couple days later. You can set up an email to automatically get sent 48 hours after a ticket purchase to tell attendees to invite their friends as well as include exciting offers and incentives.

Digital Waivers for Box Office

Soon you will be able to prompt any ticket requiring a signed waiver to be completed before an attendee can finish the ticket check in process. Attendees will be able sign a waiver, add photo ID, and even upload or take an image onsite. This new addition will help keep your events running smoothly and securely!
